Andrew Day is a native Atlantan and co-founder of Bearing Partners, a private equity firm based in Atlanta that is focused on making direct investments into lower middle-market companies. Andrew has an extensive operating background working as the CFO for two founder-led companies and overseeing multiple direct investments. More importantly, Andrew is married to his beautiful wife Natalie, and they have two amazing daughters: Finely and Marin and one crazy dog, Bodi, their golden doodle.
Andrew loves Jesus and has been intently walking with his Savior for the last 14-years. Andrew and his family attend Passion City Church where they are door holders. Andrew is also a Friday morning guy, attending Friday Morning Men's Fellowship for the last 14-years, and serving on the board since 2021. Andrew's hobbies include saltwater and freshwater fly fishing, golf, exercising, and coaching Finley and Marin in their various sports.
