Bob Day is a commercial real estate and parking management professional. Since 1973, he has been involved in over $2 billion of real estate transactions including acquisitions, development and brokerage assignments totaling over 4 million square feet across the US. He is Founder and President of Covenant Company, a real estate investment company and Co-Founder and active Principal in Parksimple, a parking management company. Mr. Day is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), the Urban Land Institute and a licensed real estate broker. He has attended Friday Morning Men's Fellowship for 40 years.
